RANGE OF USAGE: Cleaning stainless steel, plastic and ceramic working platforms, floors, walls and equipment in food industry. Suitable for low-pressure and foam washing machines and manual handling. Not recommended with aluminum, tinned or
galvanized surfaces.

PROPERTIES: Strongly alkaline detergent solution forms thick stable foam. Organic deposits such as grease and protein are efficiently
emulsified by biodegradable surfactants. Complexing agents in solution ensure good washing results even with hard water.

DOSAGE: Pressure washer 1…2%, foam machines 2…3%, manually 0,5…1%

INSTUCTIONS FOR USAGE:

Pressure washing: spray 1…2% usage solution on surfaces and let stand 5-10 minutes. Usage solution temperature should be at least 50 °C. Rinse with hot water.

Foam washing: Spray 2…3% usage solution on surfaces and let stand 5-10 minutes. Regulate foam washing machine so that the foam is thick and adheres and coats the surfaces well. Usage solution temperature should be between 40-50°C. Rinse with hot water (60°). The concentration of cleaning solution and period of time needed depend on the frequency of cleaning and on the contamination of the surface.

Manual method: Apply 0,5-1% usage solution on surface and let stand 5-7 minutes. Usage solution should be al least 40 °C. Clean surfaces with brush and rinse with hot water (60°C)

COMPOSITION: Anionic surfactants 5-15%, potassium hydroxide 5-15%, phosphate <5%, EDTA <5%

pH: pH of the use solution approx. 12

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES: Concentrate causes burns. Keep locked up and out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Wear suitable gloves and face
protection.

ENVIRONMENT: The package is from PE; clean package can be recycled. Transport packaging consists of reusable corrugated board
and polyethylene film.
